Where can I get a list of ingredients for Ferro-grad & Ferro-grad C®

Ferro-grad C contains ferrous sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron) and sodium ascorbate 562.4 mg (equivalent to vitamin C 500 mg)

ls Ferro-grad or Ferro-grad C® suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Ferro-grad contains lactose which is derived from bovine sources.

Ferro-grad C does not contain any ingredients manufactured from animal sources.

Can I take expired Ferro-grad C® or Ferro-grad?

We do not recommend taking Ferro-grad C tablets that have passed the expiry date. If your healthcare professional has advised that you need to take Ferro-grad C, we recommends that you should source in-date tablets for your therapy.

How long can I take Ferro-grad or Ferro-grad C®?

Your doctor will tell you how long you should take Ferro-grad / Ferro-grad C. The product labels state, “Do not take more than 12 months except on medical advice”.

It can approximately 3-6 months to replenish iron stores in the body with a normal level of haemoglobin, so please ensure you follow your  doctor’s directions.
